Function of Committee
The Committee of members Affairs of the Assembly shall: -

(a) Cater for the welfare of the members;

(b) Ensure that the privileges and immunities of members are respected and upheld;

(c) Study and recommend ways to strengthen harmonious relations among the members and with the general public.

(d) Promote exchange programs and interaction between the members of the Assembly and other parliamentary institutions in and outside the Sudan

(e) Organize cultural and social activities for the members.

(f) Promote leadership and capacity building for the members.

(g) Perform any other functions as deemed necessary by the Speaker or the Assembly.
